Artificial Intelligence Use & Research Disclaimer

Kingsman Haus of Invention (KHI) makes extensive use of artificial intelligence, proprietary software, cloud-based enterprise platforms, computational tools, and automated systems throughout its research, design, development, documentation, and creative processes.

Artificial intelligence is an important part of KHI’s operating model. AI-assisted tools may be used to accelerate research, explore concepts, organize and analyze information, generate or refine written material, assist with software development, develop preliminary technical approaches, create visual concepts, evaluate alternatives, prepare documentation, and support other aspects of the invention and development process.

KHI uses these technologies as tools for accelerating human-directed work. The use of artificial intelligence does not necessarily mean that a particular concept, design, publication, research briefing, software product, illustration, or other material was produced entirely by an AI system. KHI may combine human direction, original concepts, AI-assisted development, proprietary software, third-party enterprise platforms, publicly available information, technical references, experimentation, and subsequent human review in producing its work.

Because artificial intelligence can process information and generate preliminary material rapidly, it allows KHI to investigate a larger number of ideas, technical approaches, and research questions than would otherwise be practical through exclusively manual processes. This enables a streamlined research and development model in which ideas can move more efficiently from initial concept through research, documentation, prototyping, testing, and refinement.

Accuracy and Verification

AI-generated and AI-assisted information can contain errors, omissions, outdated information, incorrect assumptions, or fabricated details. KHI therefore does not represent the use of artificial intelligence as a guarantee of accuracy.

Materials published by KHI should generally be understood as research, concepts, proposals, analyses, prototypes, exploratory engineering, or informational materials unless specifically identified otherwise. Important technical, scientific, legal, regulatory, financial, safety, or engineering claims should be independently verified before being relied upon for consequential decisions or real-world implementation.

KHI may revise published material as additional research, testing, expert feedback, or improved information becomes available.

Conceptual Designs and Engineering

Some designs, diagrams, renderings, specifications, calculations, technical descriptions, and engineering concepts presented by KHI may be developed with the assistance of artificial intelligence or computational design tools.

Unless specifically stated otherwise, conceptual materials should not be interpreted as certified engineering drawings, construction documents, manufacturing specifications, safety certifications, or representations that a system has completed regulatory or professional engineering review.

Physical products and systems may require additional engineering analysis, simulation, prototyping, testing, certification, regulatory review, and validation before manufacture or deployment.

Research and Publications

KHI may use artificial intelligence to assist with research discovery, summarization, comparison, drafting, organization, and analysis. AI-assisted research may incorporate information originating from publicly available sources, databases, publications, documentation, or other third-party materials.

Where appropriate, KHI seeks to distinguish between established information, KHI-developed concepts, preliminary hypotheses, and forward-looking ideas. Readers are encouraged to consult original sources and qualified professionals when independent verification is important.

Software and Digital Products

KHI may use AI-assisted programming and development tools in the creation, testing, debugging, documentation, and maintenance of software.

AI-assisted development does not eliminate the possibility of software defects, unexpected behavior, security vulnerabilities, compatibility problems, or inaccurate outputs. Beta, experimental, prototype, or research software should be treated according to the limitations and terms provided with the individual product.

Images and Media

Some images, illustrations, diagrams, renderings, videos, or other media appearing on KHI websites, publications, presentations, or marketing materials may be generated, modified, enhanced, or otherwise assisted by artificial intelligence.

Such media may be conceptual or illustrative and should not automatically be interpreted as photographs of completed physical products, facilities, prototypes, or events.

Third-Party Artificial Intelligence and Cloud Services

KHI may use third-party artificial intelligence models, cloud computing platforms, enterprise software, development environments, and other technology services as part of its operations. These technologies remain subject to their respective providers’ terms, capabilities, limitations, and availability.

References to or use of third-party technologies do not necessarily constitute an endorsement, partnership, sponsorship, or affiliation unless KHI expressly states otherwise.

Intellectual Property

The use of artificial intelligence within KHI’s workflow does not imply that all material produced through that workflow is exclusively AI-generated or that all such material necessarily qualifies for intellectual-property protection. Intellectual-property rights can depend on human authorship, contractual terms, applicable law, the underlying source material, and the circumstances surrounding creation.

KHI may assert rights in its original human-authored material, software, branding, compilations, documentation, inventions, processes, designs, and other protectable intellectual property where applicable.

Transparency

KHI believes artificial intelligence can significantly increase the speed and scale of research and invention when used responsibly. Rather than concealing its use, KHI recognizes AI-assisted research and development as a central part of its modern invention workflow.

The objective is not to replace human judgment with automated output. It is to use advanced computational tools to help research, develop, document, test, and communicate ideas more efficiently while maintaining human direction over the company’s projects and decisions.
